Beau Falgout

Beau advises companies and individuals across industries on their most consequential communications challenges, including litigation and investigations, crises, restructurings, transactions, and activist shareholder campaigns. His clients range from high-profile individuals to start-ups and large established organizations.

Before co-founding August, Beau led transaction and integration communications in-house at Medtronic and advised clients across industries at a leading global communications agency. His in-house experience informs his counsel with a clear understanding of how leadership teams make decisions under pressure.

Beau serves on the board of the Parkland Health Foundation. He is an avid tennis player, guitar collector, and native Texan.
